Arthur Gillespie
Certified Rolfer™ and Rolf Movement® practitioner with over a decade of experience. Graduate of the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration, with training in Boulder, CO and São Paulo, Brazil.
A background in civil engineering shapes how Arthur sees the body as a three-dimensional structure and a work of art. Using mild, direct pressure and guided movement, he releases fascial holdings to correct internal misalignments and restore balance.
His work focuses on patterns rooted in birth, trauma, stress, and environment, integrating bodywork, movement, and dialogue to help clients inhabit a body that moves with gravity, not against it.
Sabrina Baxter
Dr. Sabrina Baxter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic health. She works with individuals experiencing bladder, bowel, and sexual health concerns, as well as chronic pelvic pain conditions such as endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. She is deeply passionate about helping patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in conditions that are often dismissed or misunderstood.
Dr. Baxter also specializes in supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She believes pregnancy should not be synonymous with pain and that every mother deserves the tools, education, and strength to recover confidently after birth. Her care is rooted in a holistic, whole-body approach, emphasizing nervous system regulation, nutrition, and individualized strength-based exercise to help patients feel stronger, more functional, and supported throughout every stage of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Baxter loves spending time in the sun and grounding at the beach by the ocean. Her favorite forms of movement include strength training and sports, especially racket sports like beach paddle, tennis, and pickleball. She looks forward to connecting with you!
